Ginger Spice Smoothie

Have an early flight? Ward off airport hunger pangs with this dairy-free smoothie. A bonus: Ginger is great for digestion.

Yield: 1 1/2-cup serving

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups almond or cashew milk
2 tablespoons raw almond butter
2 teaspoons grated ginger
1/4 teaspoon grated nutmeg
1 handful baby spinach or greens of choice

Instructions:
1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
2. Serve immediately.
