Grilling peaches brings out a bold sweetness, which tastes great with honey, cinnamon, and yogurt.
Yield: 8 Servings
8 oz. plain non-fat yogurt 2 teaspoons honey
1⁄4 teaspoon cinnamon
1. Preheat grill or grill pan.
2. Combine yogurt, honey, and cinnamon together in a bowl and stir well. Refrigerate until ready to use.
3. Cut peaches in half and remove pits. Place cut side down on grill until you see grill marks and the peaches begin to caramelize, about 5 minutes.
4. Remove peaches from grill and cool slightly. Spoon yogurt mixture on top of peaches and serve.
