That’s a Wrap!

There are plenty of grab-and-go wrap sandwiches on the market, but many of those include unappetizing deli meat or cheese and too much dressing all wrapped up in an oversized, high-calorie, processed package. You can avoid that nutritional nightmare by using cabbage leaves or greens in place of a wrap, and filling it with more fresh-from-the-garden fruits and vegetables, such as end-of-summer corn, tomatoes and peppers. The payoff is a delicious meal that’s full of nutrients.
