We understand there might be the need to return an item purchased from the Stay Well Shop and superior service is our commitment. We just ask that you follow the four easy steps outlined below to ensure a seamless return process. If you have questions, please call a Stay Well Specialist at 1.888.346.4582. General Product Returns

(Excludes the Stay Well Mattress, Stay Well Foundation, and Rabbit Air Purifiers) Step 1 - Contact Customer Service through our online form or call 1.888.346.4582 during business hours.

Step 2 – Once you make contact with Customer Service you will receive an email that provides specific instructions to expedite the return process and two documents that we ask you to print:

  • RA (Return Authorization) Form containing your RA number that you will package in the box with your return.
  • Shipping Label that will be placed on the outside of your shipping box.

Step 3 - Package your return securely in the original packaging.

Return Guidelines

  • All products must be returned in good condition, in original boxes, and with all original paperwork, RA form, parts and accessories to ensure full credit.
  • Please use the return shipping label provided by Stay Well. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be prepaid. We cannot accept Collect on Delivery (C.O.D.) Also, we recommend that you use FedEx, UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return.
  • Keep the RA number as a reference to ensure your package is returned in a timely manner to our warehouse and that proper credit is issued.

Step 4 - Place your shipping label in your original shipping box and select a carrier of your choice. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment used for purchase within 15 business days of our receipt of your returned product. Delays may be experienced in the case of incomplete returns. Please note that your original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Stay Well Mattress & Foundation Returns

A new mattress can be an adjustment on your body. We ask that you sleep on your Stay Well Mattress for at least 30 days prior to considering a return. This will allow your body to adapt to the new mattress and fully experience its benefits.

After 30 days and up until 60 days from the date of delivery, if you would still like to return or exchange your mattress or foundation, please call our Customer Service line at 1.888.346.4582 and a Stay Well Specialist will assist you with your return, exchange, or refund.

Please note that for any mattress return there is a fee for transportation, pick up and recycling, and the costs will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds will be issued within 30 days of receipt of the returned mattress.  

Please note: All pillow sales are final and are not subject to returns and refunds.
