PREPARING FOR ALL NON-MATTRESS DELIVERIES
Deliveries generally arrive between 9 am and 5 pm, Monday through Friday. Carrier will not call before delivery. Carrier will attempt 3 deliveries. On each attempt, a delivery notice will be left at the door. Subsequently, you may pick up your order at the carrier facility indicated on the delivery slip at any time within the allotted time frame designated by the carrier.
STAY WELL MATTRESS & FOUNDATION INCLUDES FREE WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY*
*Excluded in this offer is free delivery to Hawaii and Alaska. Hawaii and Alaska residents will be contacted by a Stay Well Specialist to arrange White Glove Delivery for an additional fee. White glove delivery is a premium service that Stay Well provides and personally coordinates with you when you purchase a Stay Well mattress or foundation. This service is free of charge and includes delivery, full set up and removal of packaging. In addition, removal of your existing mattress is also available upon request. You simply need to select “Yes, please!” for Mattress Recycling when you are customizing the purchase of your Stay Well Mattress.
Please note: If you elect to have us remove your old mattress, once removed, it is immediately recycled and cannot be returned.
The average time from order to delivery for the Stay Well Mattress is 4 to 5 weeks. As the leading all-natural memory foam mattress on the market, their premium nature requires the mattresses to be shipped flat, which results in extra transit time. Once your order is placed, it will be processed and shipped in 7-10 days from the manufacturer warehouse to your local carrier depot. Please allow 7 business days for the transit from the warehouse to local carrier depot. Once the order has arrived at local carrier, you will be contacted by the local carrier to schedule your white glove delivery appointment. Depending on your availability, this may take about another 7-10 day. A Stay Well Specialist will work with you to coordinate our premium white glove service.
White glove delivery is currently only available with the purchase of a Stay Well Mattress or Foundation. In order to ensure prompt and efficient white glove delivery, please note the following procedures:
- For optimal setup, the area must be clear and bed linens must be removed. If the area is not clear it will be difficult for the white glove delivery service to set up.
- Please inspect merchandise prior to the white glove delivery service leaving the residence; you may refuse delivery of defective or damaged merchandise.
- White glove delivery is complimentary and there will be no additional delivery fees for completion of a partial delivery or replacement of non-conforming merchandise. In the event of a return or exchange, a transportation, pick up and recycling fee will be deducted from your refund. Refunds will be issued within 15 days of receipt and inspection of the returned mattress.
- Customer must report any issue arising from delivery to email@example.com within 2 days of delivery. If an issue is not reported within 2 days of the delivery, customer waives all rights to any remedy, if any, resulting from such issue.
Customer satisfaction is a priority at Stay Well and while we do our best to ensure that we have sufficient stock on all of our items, on rare occasions the high demand for our products may have temporarily depleted our supply. If we run out of stock on a particular item that you’ve ordered, we will notify you via email with an anticipated delivery date.
